We have 3 instances running on Single deployment manager, i need to decommission one of the CRM Instance, what are the steps do i need to take to do that without breaking other instances?

Hi Ravi,
I understand from your question that you have created the 3 organisations and you want to disable or delete the organisation without disturbance of the other 2 organisation instance.Follow the below steps to perform the decommissioning of the instance.
Go to Deployment Manager Click on Organisation-->From the Right pane select the Organisation[Instance] right click on the same instance and click on DIsable.
Once the status of the organisation shown as disabled then click on the DELETE option from the right side and delete the organisation.Then you can take the back up of your organisation from the database and delete the respective organisation DB.
