Error closing financial year.

Good day, I have a problem with dynamics GP2013R2 at the time of the annual closing, 
the message is displayed, the column DEBITAMT does not allow null values in the table GL10110.
And it is not taking the retained Utilities account for the final closing.
The following steps were taken
The records in table gl10110 and gl10111 were deleted, then links were run and it was reconciled year after year but it was not resolved either.

Can you help me please?
