Hello,

I am trying to signup for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan trial but every time I am getting above error. I tried many browsers but still no luck.

From prior forum posts, it seems this means that my phone number was used before for other trials subscriptions

Can you please help me?

Since account checking will require your account information,could you please try to open a ticket to MS for further investigation. From your error message, we cannot identify your issue.

Sign in to the Power Platform admin center with your admin credentials.

Select Help + support > New support request.

or

Go to portal.office.com/.../Home in the new Office 365 admin centre.
Log on as an Office 365 account which has either the Global admin, Helpdesk admin, or Service support admin role assigned. The Microsoft 365 admin centre opens.
Click '… Show all'.
Click and follow the link to create a 'New Microsoft service request'.
