I'm looking at restricting access to 'Service Management'. I've looked at security roles, but that didn't really help me.
Any ideas?

Hi Michael,
In the SiteMap, we have areas, groups, and subareas. 'Service Management' is one area:
If you need to show or hide a sub area in your SiteMap based on access control security roles, you can easily do through editing 'Privilege' subarea properties under Advanced:
Privileges: This defines whether a subarea is displayed based on privileges available in any security roles that are assigned to the user. Select the name of the table to check privileges for, and then select the check boxes to assign privileges.
If all of the sub areas (links) in the site map area are restricted, the area(Service Management) will also be restricted.
