Missing "TO #" lookup field in Transfer Inventory Out window.

Hello all,

We came across an interesting issue today. Our client notified us that they cannot search for past Inventory Transfers in Store Operations Manager (S.O.M). Baffled by this, we logged into the computer remotely, opened up S.O.M and launched Transfer Inventory Out. And lo and behold, the TO # field, was completely missing from the Header. I've attached a screen shot of the issue below:

The "TO #" normally sits in between "Status" & "Origin," I've tried to resize the "Origin" & "Status" tabs in hopes of revealing the "TO #" field but to no avail. I've tried to search the forums but yielded no results. I would appreciate any help/insight on this issue. Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,

Prashant "Sean" Trivedi

P.S. The RMS version is 2.0.0155 on a Win 7 machine.

Have you checked the security settings? I believe someone made this field invisible
