How to search quick find search with full text search instead of "begins with"

Greetings everyone I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a setting where I can enable full text search for a view. Currently I can only search for /begins with./ I would like to not have to use a wildcard * to search in the quick find queue, is there a way to enable full text search?
