Questions about editing records in dynamics 365 about single user edition

May I ask if I can have single user editing?
I mean that if there are many users with editing permission of records, I do not want multi users editing the same record and therefore I wanna block other users when some one is using it.

Let say there are A and B who can edit records. I want to ask if I can set the case into the situation that if A is editing record 1, B cannot edit record 1 but B can try others and vice versa.
