Hello,
We are sending surveys through a flow, we are fine with the default address but we'd like to change the display name right now, the adress is "Ripoche <surveys@email.formspro.microsoft.com" and we'd like to change "Ripoche" to something else.I've found this documentation : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/customize-sender-email but I feel like it might be overkill since we just want to change the default display name.
Is there any way to do it without going through this whole process detailed in the documentation?Regards,

Sorry, I'm not sure how it works when you use the MS email address, but you can do it if you use your own email address.
We wanted to use a custom sender, and in order to do that, as described in the post, we had to create the addresses (and define the sender name) on our side and then contact support, so that they could register the new email addresses on the MS side. Works really well, but as I said, we could change the display name because it was an email address on our domain.
