How to add Custom button to SharePoint Document grid

Hello All,

I need to know if it is possible to do customization on SharePoint Document Grid? i.e. How to add Custom button to SharePoint Document grid or change the behavior of document grid button?

    Hi meenxip,

    The data in SharePoint Document Grid are not in CRM.  The view is specifically built and not customisable, other than adding more fields to the list.

    You could open in SharePoint and add a button to SharePoint.

    What kind of action would this button perform?

    Thanks Nadeeja for your reply.

    I am able to put a button on a SharePoint Document Grid using Ribbon Workbench solution. The SharePoint Document is a separate entity, so first need to add that entity to add a button on the SharePoint Document Grid.

    Thanks meenxip for letting me know. That's interesting. SharePoint Document entity is a special entity. For example, we can't create SharePoint Document records in CRM AFAIK. Did you manage to access document specific data from the button's action in a supported way?
