Hello everyone. CRM Online 2013. Outlook 2013.

CRM has a business-process that will send the template to some internet email. The template is created in format HTML. The message is sending using Outlook 2013. The recipient receives a letter in a text format and with the winmail.dat file.

Settings of the Outlook is set to Compose messages in this format HTML format, when sending messages in Rich Text format to HTML, encoding for outgoing messages is set to UTF-8.

If anyone knows what it can be the problem please help.

    Hello Chris,

I`ve tried this before, it dosn`t help to resolve the problem.

I have found that the MS CRM Connector fo Outlook is the problem. It convert the HTML to text.

We had resolve the problem by using the Exchange Online.
