Customize rebate form in ax2012

Hi,

I have a requirement to customize the rebate form in ax 2012. I need to fetch the rebate amount, P1 P2 Quantity Unit, RebateID, Customeraccount, Customername Invoiceaccount, Invoicename, Salesorder, Invoice ID,Startingrebateamount, CorrectedrebateamountBalance.

Could anyone tell me how to do it.

    Why not use the standard features in AX:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../rebate-agreements-form

    Please check the table PdsRebateAgreement.
