Dynamics 365 - unable to save cases

Hello,

After Dynamics 365 upgrade to online environment, a month later my subscription got expired and i was unable to login

After adding the new Enterprize plan 1 i was able to login but can't save cases. it happens to all users (include admins and users who uses the old security roles) with the following message upon save:

Any possible solution?

MSFT support doesn't seem to help

    Hello. Tenfold can also help in integrating Microsoft Office 365 enabling click to dial in Outlook. They also support MS Dynamics integration. Our click to dial also works on webpages opened in Chrome. They also support MS Dynamics integration www.tenfold.com/.../dynamics

    Hi

    This error says that the user doesn't have read privilege for case, but you get this error while saving the record. Is it save new record or save updated record?

    When you say Admin, do you mean System Administrator Security Role member?

    The error says that users are missing read privileges on case entity. Can you cross check the security role of all users receiving this error that they have read privileges on case.

    Once i had similar issue .To resolve this we created a Security Role with required prev(mentioned in error message)and assigned it to User and then User was able save the record.

    Hi Ofer,

    Have you tried to raise a CRM Online ticket on the office 365 portal?

    If your problem only happened due to licensing expiration and re-enabling it, then you should raise a ticket. If you go to your Dynamics 365 section of your office 365 account (https://portal.office.com), you should be able to raise a CRM Online ticket for this. You need to explain that this worked before the license expiry.
