Hello,
After Dynamics 365 upgrade to online environment, a month later my subscription got expired and i was unable to login
After adding the new Enterprize plan 1 i was able to login but can't save cases. it happens to all users (include admins and users who uses the old security roles) with the following message upon save:

Any possible solution?
MSFT support doesn't seem to help
