I have a requirement as I need to send a expirable record url in Email notifications it means i have to send a email notification
to record owner with a hyper link which need to be expired after some time.
is it possible in MSCRM. Your help much appreciated

There are few ways you could achieve this, I just thought about the following option
What if you create a new Entity called ExpirableSomething and whenever you have to send URL in the notification email, you could create the record on this entity and send the URL for the record created on this entity.
You can then create workflow triggers on Create of the record and waits until the expiry date, Once its expired you can delete the record.
You could use the following Custom Workflow Activity to delete the record
