Seeing the label id instead of label text in Schedule Board - Field Service

When I installed FIeld Service app and tried to use the schedule board, it shows the label IDs instead of label text in the schedule board.

Have you ever come across such an issue?

    I am seeing the same problem consistent across multiple browsers, Edge, ChrEdge, and IE - so I don't think it's a browser issue.

    I'm using Trial for Field Service version 8.7.0.105.
