Inventory Adjustment Edit List Report to Screen causes GP Failure

I have a user who receives a GP Application Failure when printing the Inventory Adjustment Edit List Report. I have tried to print the same report on the same batch and have had no problems. The report is set to print to both the Screen and Printer - for this user the print copy does come out but GP Fails when displaying the Screen copy. How can I debug? Any ideas what the issue could be?
