Paul was right.. in case someone else is wondering about that module in GP..
DexToNET Manager from Encore is used by their Advanced SmartList add-on for GP..
Be aware that it can have some adverse effect with other products due to the .NET dependencies.
Tough DexToNET is not used exclusively by Encore, but a variety of other ISV's and I found actually another add-on for GP using this library: GPC Easy e-Bank Rec.
Needless to say, the last one adds a DLL into the GP folder (load4net.dll) which is old and refers to .NET 1.0 and might cause other apps to crash when starting GP. If this happens, simply try to rename the "load4net.dll" and restart GP.. Chances are that it's not even used by the other 3rd-party product.
