Management Reporter 2012- Header becomes disproportionate when exported out of Viewer

Has anyone ever experienced headers becoming disproportionate when exported out of the Web or Report Viewer? There are a group of reports that have this issue - I have reproduced the same result when re-creating it from scratch. The header had the 3 lines in the center, the first was bold 9, middle was not bold and 8.25, the last line was bold and 8.25. When you generate the report and export to excel or printer, the 2nd line in the header becomes bold and expands over the entire document. It also pushes the last line of the header down to the bottom of the page. The build is 2.12.13001.13 and the reports worked fine with the formatting a week ago, but then started becoming disproportionate. A temporary fix was to change all the font to non-bold and size 8, this allows the reports to work properly, just does not provide any formatting. Does any one have any ideas on why this issue would start all of a sudden?
