MPOS Offline - Receipt customization question

We have receipt customizations that have been implemented through the standard extension model for Retail Server which works great.  Issue is that during offline processing the customization does not get called.  Note: For various reasons we cannot deploy an RSSU so this is not an option for us to talk to Retail Server.

Question: Is it possible to do receipt customizations through MPOS extensions so they work when offline?

I have the same question (0)

Hi, did you properly registered all your customizations in POS .config files?

Every CRT customization should work offline - as it is CRT behind it anyway.

    Thank you..

    When the POS is offline..

The extension for the custom fields is not getting called:  Microsoft.Dynamics.Commerce.Runtime.Services.Messages.GetSalesTransactionCustomReceiptFieldServiceRequest

However, there is an extension that is being called: Microsoft.Dynamics.Commerce.Runtime.Services.Messages.GetReceiptServiceRequest

Are there some extensions such as the GetSalesTransactionCustomReceiptFieldServiceRequest that would not be supported offline.  Are the CustomReceipt fields synchronized to the offline database so they can be used offline?

Hi, it is fine that GetReceiptServiceRequest is called - it is first request, that should call GetSalesTransactionCustomReceiptFieldServiceRequest request inside.

Did you register your extension in CommerceRuntime.MPOSOffline.Ext  configuration file?
