We have 4 zones in our warehouse: Frozen, Chilled, Ambient and Alcohol. Each zone has a specific pickers assigned to it. Picking in the Refrigeration and Freezer zones is independent of each other. Alcohol and Ambient goods are picked in the following way: the pickers from the Alcohol zone start work earlier than those from the Ambient goods zone. They collect the Alcohol on pallets and put them away in specially designated locations. Pickers from the Ambient zone start work later. When they print out the picking list, they see if there is alcohol in the Sales order and if there is, they go look for that pallet and pick the goods from the Ambient zone on a pallet of alcohol. If there is no order of alcohol products - they collect on an empty pallet.
Can you please suggest me how to configure the system so that if there is alcohol in the Sales order and this alcohol was picked and put to the specially designated location, the pickers from Ambient zone receive instructions on the warehouse mobile app to pick up from a particular place a particular pallet with alcohol and then continue picking Ambient goods?
