The workflow request failed

 Dear All,

We Have GP2013 with SP 2010 and workflow was running fine, Suddenly we received error message on PO approval on the workflow history panel  "The workflow request failed. Please notify your system administrator."

and another error message when reconciling Purchase orders " Workflow status couldn't be verified because workflow services failed. Contact the system administrator".

Workflow website is working, no exceptions on web services server

please Your help is highly appreciated

    Again this is another indication that Web Services is not working. Please open a support case so a support engineer can stream into your environment and look at this.

    if found this error in events view of Dynamics Web services server

    Microsoft.Dynamics.Workflow.WebServices cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted

    That is very strange because both the errors are pointing to Web Services not working. I would open a support case so we can look at this further.

    Dynamics Security Console no problem , no errors

    I want you to go into the Dynamics Security Console not the Exception console. In the Security Console there is a policy section, click on it. Do you get an error?

    thanks for your reply

    web services working , and no exception in DynamicsWebServicesExceptionsConsole,

    and I did restart to this service and all servers

    and I did repair for web services and GP workflow ,it's same problem

    Is Web Services working? Go into the Security Console and click on the Policy tab. If you get an error Web Services is not working. Try restarting the service.
