I wonder if there is a way to secure my solution so it cant be used in other organization without serial key?
I mean is there any plugin to register for a solution ?

You would use a Configuration page for this. See dynamicscrmcoe.com/add-a-configuration-page-solution for some more info on how to add this. You can configure this to meet your needs to verify Serial Numbers.

If it CRM onpremise you can able to use "publish" message in CRM plugin. Because by default "publish" message is not enable you have to enable it first in DB and then use it.
I dont have any Idea how can this message help me. Is there any document for that ?

In the plugin there is a message called "publish solution"
