Queues Limitations

Hello

i would like to ask if someione has exprerience in large queue items.

I have a queue that gets about 30-50 mails per day and its working fine 

I am about to create a queue for a mailbox that receives about 500-700 mails per day.

Is this supported from Dynamics CRM Queues?

Any best practices or tips?

    is any way to force an email to enter queue?

    For example if you move it from to junk to inbox it will not enter queue ,so can it be forced to enter queue?

    Its pretty straight forward - so more of create and forget.

    However cleanup activities, user maintenance etc need to be done just like any other entity.

    Hi Andreas,

    Microsoft hasn't mention the max queue limit as per my understanding.

    But 500-1000 mails are fine.. it is very much supported.

    We have system getting much more email than this...so you should be good.
