I'm having trouble deleting an extension (DEV) in my sandbox. I only get the error message: Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.NavTenant due to the following error: An unexpected error occurred after a database command was canceled. The extension has no dependencies. I have kicked out all users and restarted the environment and waited for a few hours in case SQL had hung. but nothing helps.
Does anyone have any tips? I can't find anything at all when I google the problem either.
You are experiencing this in an on-premise or cloud environment.
If on-premise, you have gone to the event viewer to see what more information it can give you.
If it is saas, in recent days we have been experiencing some infrastructure problems with some random errors. and the installation of extensions and others is a bit difficult.
Surely by submitting a case to MS indicating environment, extension ID, they can give you more internal information.
