hi,thank you again
my synchronization method is email router for incoming ang outgoin mails and server side for appointment and contacts
Yes - it should be stored in the Activities - you can filter for All Emails or do an Advanced Find?
If you don't see it, maybe it is because the email was not created in CRM, and then probably there is an issue with the email synchronization. What synchronization method are you using? Email Router, Outlook Email, Server Side Synchronization?
Also, please make sure that in Personal Options in CRM, under the Email Tab, the user to whom you have sent the email has Track All Email messages. By default only the Email Messages in response to the CRM Emails are tracked.
Hi,thanks for your reply Radu Chiribelea
i have enabled the email synhcronization between crm and email.i am able mail from my crm to my email.but if send a mail from my email to crm where these will be stored?.in the activities i am able to see only sent mails from crm to e-mail.where can i see received mails on crm.
Hi Sandesh,
First of all, you would need to enable the Email Synchronization between CRM and your e-mail server -
To see what available options you have, please see: technet.microsoft.com/.../hh699668.aspx
Once the email synchronization is in place and working, you can see the emails under Activities - Emails in CRM.
Hope this helps!
