WHS Location Directive query never used

Hi everyone,

i have a strange problem concerning Location Directives respectively the query which i use to filter the correct directive.

I defined two Pick-Directives for the work order type "Transfer issue".

The first one (also the first directive in sequence) should be valid for items with a filter code 2 "Sorter" (Product information) and the second one is valid for any other item. Unfortunately the first directive is never used although the item matches the criteria. And i'm sure it worked already in the past.

Any idea?

Greetings Nils

It can be that the query got messed up, I've seen this before.

So you can try re-creating the location directive from scratch.

Also, can you share a screenshot where we can see the entire location directive header/lines?

    I found it!

Replenishment work will be generated only if there was no location found. The second directive always matched because there was no criteria. So there has to be a query for the second directive which excludes sorter-items (Code 2 -> ! Sorter)
