LCY Problem in Statistics View

Hi,

As we are transition to Dynamics central. We are facing a problem with the Customer statistics view.
Our local currency is the Turkish Lira we are mainly working in US Dollars with our customers outside of Turkey. When selecting a customer which we work in US Dollars,  in costumers statistics view dynamics converting USD to LCY. It is annoying that we cannot see the real currency balance in the customer's statistics view.

I hope there is a way to see statistics view in transaction Currency, not LCY

    ***,

You can open the Statistics Page and Design the page. You can add the Currency Code and Balance fields. The Balance field is the Customer Currency balance owed. Here is a sample:

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    ***,

My LCY is USD so the Dollar symbol appears. Check your General Ledger Setup to see what symbol you show:

Yours should show LCY Code = TRY and Symbol = pastedimage1619996623790v2.png

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
