ReportCustomer has been implementing a Zero Trust Architecture in the state. As such, they have disabled/banned the use of test/generic accounts that would be required by tools like Selenium for automated and performance testing on systems like Dynamics. Is there any recommendations on how to accomplish automated and performance testing in a Zero Trust architecture for MS Dynamics solutions? Their Enterprise Security department will not allow any account to be created in the AAD that is used by more than one individual.
As of now, they have Selenium set up as the automated testing tool for the platform and we are evaluated AI Testing tools as well. Either way, I do not know how we can get pass the need for an account that can be used for these testing purposes. The limited information I can find online talks about creating network segregation but to the best of my knowledge, we cannot set up Dynamics 365 in this manner.
Any expert comments Dynamics team?
