Automatically Add an Email to a queue?

Is there a way to automatically add an email to a queue?  Routing Rules only appear to work on case record and not emails and I don't see an option to add to a queue in the Workflow editor?

    Hello,

    Did you try the "Perform Action" step from a workflow designer? I believe it does what you need.
