The Dynamics 365 for Talent technical preview consists of three experiences. You can sign-up for each experience, when you are ready to explore additional capabilities. Each week we will continue to release new capabilities, which requires you to refresh your environment by signing in each Monday.
They are available globally. Though we are not in all data centers yet so you may experience some latency.
Is the Technical preview available in EMEA?
While the Attract and Onboard experiences are somewhat working (very unstable logins and long loading times) the "Drive operational excellence with HR capabilities" always generate error messages on load.

Quick question Victor, I've given the technical preview a run through and I'm mighty impressed. It's so intuitive.
My question, I'm assuming since it's a technical preview it's not under NDA and I can blog and present on this at user groups? Just want to check first.
