Access to Integration Manager

We are on GP 10 and recently reviewed/made changes to staff's security rights.  Before we did this, staff had access to open integration manager.  Now, they only have access to run an integration.  Does anyone know what security feature shut them out of opening integration manager?  There is nothing in the security that specifically addresses it.

    Hi,

Can anyone point me to Security settings in GP9 for Integration Manager. I am trying to restrict users to Run only but I am unable to locate the security task.

    Thanks

     Hi,

I have same problem. I installed the Integration Manager on the Server. After that i added to task and assigned to role and role also assigned to the user. I relogin again to GP 10.0. When I open Still the integration Manager is in disabled mode only. I added the sames steps. When I am seeing on Tools-->Integrate-> Integration Manager is disabled mode only. Could you please tell me what I have to do ?

     Thanks,

    Nag.

    Hi Ellen--

You will want to make sure they have access through one of their security roles to a task set up to access integration manager.  Tools>>Setup>>System>>Security Tasks.  Enter a new Task ID, Name, and Description.  Select Product: Microsoft Dynamics GP, Type: Microsoft Dynamics GP Import, and Series: Integration Site Enabler.  Mark the Integration Site Enabled in the access list.  You can then assign this task to an existing role or create a new role under Tools>>Setup>>System>>Security Roles, then assign roles to user under Tools>>Setup>>System>>User Security.

     Take care,

    Christina
