When Invoices are created those are not showing Customer Payments

Hi ,
I am creating a Sales Orders those are Posted & Shipped and Invoice and the converted to Invoices are not shown in Customer Payments.

May I know what product you are using? Is it D365 Finance & Operations or D365 Business Central?

Yes we are adding product from Dynamics 365 Business Central.

the reason you are not finding the posted invoice number is that you need to add the related fields via personalization. below examples shows the lines with fields added and you can location the posted invoice no.
