Link to Business Central takes to copy instead of production company

Hi,

We have recently migrated to Cloud version of Business Central and this has caused the need to give new sign in links to our users. However in a lot of cases during the first sign in the user is taken to a copy company that I have created for testing purposes. This obviously results in error since only a few users have permissions to this copy.

How can I create a link that forces the user to sign in to the production company?

Both production and copy companies are in the same instance.

    Ah, yes there was one permission set that was not assigned to any company.

    Hi,

    Go to the Users list and assign Production company in the below field (Company). Pls see the below image for reference.
