So I tried to open a support incident on customer source today in Chrome (which btw, is horribly broken in Chrome, guess their web design team hasn't looked at this in ages).
Upon submission, it just hung there. Let it sit processing for several minutes. I'm guessing they were rebooting their azure cluster again due to stability issues?
Closed out, went back into the support center, I see a ticket there, and I can open it.
However it is missing my attachment, and it has been about an hour now and I still have not received a confirmation email that the ticket was opened.
No phone # to call.
