Report of Purchase Order with approver name

Hi. is there a way i can pull the data that will show me a purchase order number and the person that has approver the order?

    User can see all assigned POs to themselves. You would need to do some customization:

    daxingwitheshant.blogspot.com/.../x-code-to-return-workflow-approver-name.html
