We are facing this issue from some time where we have noticed that emails are not syncing in the queues for some time and after some time the emails are synced properly. Earlier we found one warning saying "The name outlook.office365.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded"

After few days we have again encountered the same issue. Can anyone let us know why are we facing this issue of delayed email syncing.
I have the same question (0)

    hi there!
i see this post is almost a week old - hoping you've resolved by now :)
just incase, here are some thoughts

    • DNS Server Issues:
      • The error message indicates that the DNS servers configured in your network are not responding to queries for outlook.office365.com. This could be due to temporary issues with the DNS servers themselves or network connectivity problems.
    • Network Configuration:
      • Ensure that your network configuration is correct and that there are no issues with your DNS settings. Verify that your DNS servers are properly configured and reachable.
    • DNS Cache:
      • Clear the DNS cache on your local machine and network devices. This can help resolve any cached DNS entries that might be causing the issue. You can clear the DNS cache on a Windows machine by running the following command in Command Prompt:
      • ipconfig /flushdns
    • Alternate DNS Servers:
      • Consider using alternate DNS servers, such as Google's Public DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare's DNS (1.1.1.1). This can help bypass any issues with your current DNS servers.
    • Check for Known Issues:
      • Review the and for any known issues or updates related to DNS problems with outlook.office365.com.
    • Contact Microsoft Support:
      • If the issue persists, it might be best to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. Provide them with detailed information about the error and the steps you've taken to troubleshoot it.
