Has anyone had the problem with the D365 Appp for Outlook locking up Outlook. We have 2 users (out of 60) that are experiencing lockups. They are on the latest Office 365 with the latest client (just started this week). It's doing it whether they are using Outlook or the web client.
We've had them uninstall Office 365 and reinstall but it's still happening.

Are there any COM addins that both these users might have that nobody else does that could be the problem?

Thanks Paul, I disabled the other addins (bing, insights, etc) and just had the D365 app addin and it still froze. Then I had them disabled D365 to verify and it worked just fine then. Once we enabled it, froze up again. So we know it's that Add-In. I will try the diagnostics tool. Thanks.

Could you provide some screenshots?
Here's the Outlook page. We've tried everything. Uninstalling and Reinstalling (both Outlook and the App). We also Deactivated the Add-Ins and isolated the D365 Add in and it was the one that was causing the freezing.
Also didn't get anything from the Support and Recovery Assistant.
Is it possible this issue is related to a VPN. These are remote worker who have the Pulse VPN.
