Strange title/team name on the Customer voice survey

Hi, 

We are sending survey via power automate. WE are also using a custom email address as sender email. However when looking at the survey generated in timeline against contact, we get this strange title

I wonder how this can be modified. Specially the "CustomerVoiceProjectOwnerTeam_GUID" is not very presentable. Firstly how is this set to the team? we are not sending survey as a team.

If we rename this team, would it cause any issue when sending survey?
