Hi All,

Please I need to know all the steps how to create an email notification when an account create a case. 

I want a SPECIFIC team or user to get an email when the case is created.

Note that I'm receiving an email from another company but I dont know how.

How can I do it.

Please I need Help

    Hi lala,

    Is the recipient User or Team?

    Since the User has a mailbox, but the Team does not, if we want to send email to the mailboxes of all members of the Team, then we need to traverse the members of the Team first, so whether the recipient is the User or the Team will determine how easy the workaround is..

    Hi lala,

    Go to Advanced Settings > Processes, new a workflow for Case.

    Condition:

    Send email:

    1) If Email field of Account contains data, the To field is the Customer.

    2) If Email field of Account does not contain data, the To field is the Primary Contact of the Customer.
