I am new to Microsoft Dynamics CRM we found default entity metadata in the database .how can I find Customized entity metadata in the database?

If you are talking about Custom entities, the table names would start with new_ (or any other prefix plus _).

You should be able to see them in the same location as OOB (as shown in your image).
I created two entities in Microsoft Dynamics .But I am unable to find the those in the database.
Custom entity names will have a prefix (something like new_CustomEntity, for example)
Also, is that the right database? There can be more than one organizational database (1 per CRM organization)
Check <ORGName>_MSCRM database.
