'Document Array Number' is out of range

Posted on by 20

When I open Receivables Setup (Tools > Setup > Sales > Receivables) the error below appears

 Unhandled script exception:

Index 9 of array 'Document Array Number' is out of range in script 'DisplaySetup'. Script terminated.

I am using GP 2010 SP1. Thanks.

I would first turn on SQL Profiler and then try to reproduce this error to find exactly which table on which this is occuring. My guess is the RM40101 or Rm40102. There is bad data in a table. Does this occur in other companies? Did this ever work in this company? If you can find the offending table you can go into SQL and correct it. You could also try recreating the table using SQL maintenance. Just make sure you have a backup done first. You will need to reset your AR setup but at least you will be able to now.
