Extender windows 'duplicating' under the Additional menu

I have just started using Extender with GP 2010 SP3.  I really like the ease of use, however, now it is doing something very strange.  Whenever I create a new window under Extender (to list UPC codes for our items) using the Item Maintenance window as the key, the first time I access the new window, it is listed once under 'Additional' and it opens correctly.  After the first time however, when I access that new window again, there are three listings under 'Additional' for that same window!  They just continue to multiply!  I have tried deleting all Extender windows and starting over, but the multiple listings just show up again.  The only fix I have found is to access Report Writer, then go back to GP.  This removes the multiple listings for a short time, but the next time I log in, they reappear.  If anyone has a permanent solution to this, I would be very grateful.

    Hi David,

    I can let you know this will not be fixed in GP 2010. GP 2013 Extender support is back with eOne so if it is going to be fixed you would need to contact them in regards to this.

    Is there a bug or reference number on this? I have users that are seeing either duplicates or none.

    As I noted Lance we have wrote this up as a bug. The workaround is to have the user log out of GP completely if they are running into this issue while switching companies. Thanks

    I'm running into the same issue except this environment already had a lot of extender windows in GP 10 and we just upgraded to GP 2010 R2 and noticed this same problem.

    I was able to reproduce this issue on several environments. I will write this up as a bug. Thank you for brining it to our attention.

    An update on this issue: after many hours of working on this, I have concluded that it is a "bug".  The duplication only occurs when you log in as another user using the shortcut method of clicking on the user name in the bottom left corner inside GP.  If you log out of GP completely and log back in, the dupes go away.  Since our users do not go back and forth between companies very often, I have decided that I can live with this "solution".
