So, I installed the outlook client onto a winxp sp3 PC with Outlook 2003. The client installed fine except for one thing.
When you open a new email message, the "Track in CRM" icon is missing. The icon is in Outlook, just not a new message.
The option for Microsoft Dynamics CRM isnt there for adding icons to the tool bar.
This is what I have tried so far:
Reinstalled CRM multiple times
Repaired Outlook
Reinstallled office
Rebuilt the user's profile
Anyone have any other suggestions? I'm considering reimaging this PC.

I have the same question (0)I have seen phenomenon in Tasks and Calendar items when the Add-in settings were not checked to sync those items. It sounds like a CRM>Options settings issue. It's just emails, eh?
