Error in workflow

Hi,
 

We have developed a workflow to achieve a specific use case. While the workflow runs successfully most of the time, occasionally it throws the following error:

 
 
Exception details:
ErrorCode: 0x80040216
Message: System.InvalidOperationException: There is already an open DataReader associated with this Command which must be closed first.
 
 
Anyone face some kind of error and have solution for it.
