Access Team Template: users couldn't add record to Sub-grids

I have created an Access Team Template, assigning Technical Leads with permissions to create, write, append, and append to the Technical entity.
Currently, Technical Leads can edit, create, Append, and Append To data to the technical records. However, they are unable to add or remove data from the subgrid.
The Technical Leads were initially assigned with read-only access. Once the user is added to the Technical Access Team Template. The Technical Leads (users) were getting the create, edit, Append, and Append To access to the Technical Data not for the related entity. How I can enable access to Related entities that allow the Technical Leads to add or remove records from the Subgrid?

Hi,

You can delete records for the /Technical/ entity in the subgrid only if you have the delete permission for that entity.

According to this official documentation.

When you select /Show Related Records/ when creating a subgrid, the default behavior is to add existing records.
