I hope someone could help

I am Partner of Microsoft recently my Dynamics 365 Business Central license Expire and Dynamics 365 Business Central App Disappear, So I cannot access Dynamics 365 Business Central app, After renew The license key but I still cannot see the Dynamics 365 Business Central App Link, How do I get that This is Dynamics 365 Business Central App link Back Without losing my old data?
1st Option: if i reinstall the Dynamics 365 Business Central trial version is all my old data will still there ?

2nd Option: is any other way to get the Dynamics 365 Business Central App link back with my old Data ?
