Printing Letter and Legal forms through process manager

We are running Solomon 7.0 FP1.  Process manager prints our pick/pack report which is legal size to a printer in our warehouse.  I would like to automate the printing of our invoices through process manager to a separate printer, but the problem I'm having is that the forms try to print legal size.  How can I have process manager print both legal and letter sized forms?

Also, we are running Process manager and task server on the same computer.  Pick/pack and invoices would both print through task server IF we can get this issue resolved.

thank you.

Katie

If you go into the "Order Types" screen, and choose the order type you are using, then go to the "Steps" tab, and choose the step that prints the invoice.  click on that step and then click on the "OUTPUT SELECTION" button at the bottom, you will see that it is VERY flexible.  you can even set different printers for different sites.

You will need to set up a different printer id for the same printer with two different paper sizes.

    Toni,

thanks for the response, but I'm still having a problem.  Where exactly do I set up the printers?  In my order steps, I have already specifed which printers to send jobs to.  The problem is that no matter what printer I use, it tries to send it legal size.  If I got to application/printer set up and then set the invoice printer to letter, then the pick/pack printer starts trying to print letter size instead of legal.  I feel like I must be missing something basic in printer set up.
