Drag & drop in journey designer

I just started using Customer Insights - Journeys, and in the journey designer I'm not able to drag and drop the tiles. Not sure if something is buggy, or if this just isn't a feature. Any advice?

    Good morning,

    The ability to drag and drop in order to build out your Journeys is very much a core feature of Dynamics Customer Insights - Journeys.

    Could you please paste in a screenshot of what you are seeing when attempting to create / edit the Journey? Are you starting from scratch, or has the Journey already been published previously? If so, only certain details can be edited once a Journey has kicked off.

    Fiona, thanks for the reply. This is a journey created from scratch that's never been published. I have no issues adding/deleting actions, they just aren't grab-able to move to a different position - if I click on a tile and drag, it just does nothing. I thought it might be browser related, but behavior is the same in Chrome and Edge. I also tried turning off the 'new look' switch, no difference there either.

    Did this ever get resolved? We can't drag and drop inside the journey builder either (we are on Realtime journeys)

    @JoshDB, no. I haven't opened a support ticket or anything though.
