Application Worksheet - posting in current month instead of the desired previous mont

In the Application Worksheet, i unapplied all the applied entries from an entry that was posted in December 2021. I then applied the correct outbound entry, also posted in December but the GL postings posted in Jan2022. I should have allowed posting in Dec 2021. That is what I did wrong.

How do I fix the posting posted in January 2022 so the effect is posted in December 2021?

    Etienne,

Adding to what Inge replied... After the posting takes place, as Inge noted, just Unapply the application. Make sure you can POST in DECEMBER 2021, then reapply.

    Thanks,

    Steve

Not much else you can do than unapply again. Allow posting in  december.

Set your workdate to the desired date in december and apply again.
