Workflow based on owner changement with waiting statue

Hello Community,

I want to inform a User which is the Account's owner when the  Account Owner is assigned to another owner.

In the workflow : wait condition based on the actual owner: Lours

The workflow is running but it is waiting something.

    My workflow doesn't run. I don't fine the way to send en email when the Owner is changing based on previous owener: L.Lours.

    Hello Communauty

    I made some changement but with nos success:

    I want to send an email to this owner when someone else change his owner. For exemple, the owner is Lours and when someone change Lours to another User I want that Lours receive an email.

    -I have started with the condition of when the account is assign but after is not good.

    Hi Alex,

    I made some changements on this worklow:

    -start when the Account is assigned. 

    So if the account's owner is K.Lours and the account is assigned to someone else, then, send an email.

     The wokflow does not run.

    Don't worry for your Fresh. My English is not so good too !

    I have changed as you suggested. But now nothing in the workflow with a waiting condition after assigment from Lours to another owner.

    Hi,

     pardon my French, but I think you have two wait conditions there, right?

     What I would do is:

    - Have the worklfow start on the assign

    - But replace that first wait with an "if" (if owner = Karin...)

     If the owner is not Karin, your workflow will stop. Otherwise, it will wait till the owner changes and send an email

     Right now, it seems, the workflow will start on any assignment, but, if the owner is not Karin, it will wait till Karin is the owner (your first condition)
