Agent Scripts Text Field - HTML Possibility or Plain Text Only?

Hi All,

Are able to apply any formatting or HTML of any kind in the text field for the agent script step or is this plain text only?

    Hi,

    You cannot store a HTML - it is a multiple line of text which is not a Rich Text.

    You can however use this PCF control which will meet your requirement.

    pcf.gallery/.../
